additives to ensure the product has a longer service life, wide temperature range, low self discharge rate ,

Strong storage performance and other advantages.Meanwhile they are valve regulated sealed design,which

belongs to non-spillable,reliable and maintenance-free environmental friendly products. It comply with EU

High reliability, safe without leakage. Can be operated in any orientation.

Excellent start ability at low temperature. High current discharge is tested at -18°C and -5°C can be discharged continuously for more than 30 seconds

Good cycle life of high current discharge. After continuous 200 cycles of high current discharge, almost no attenuation of discharge time.

Excellent storage performance. After being fully charged and stored for 6 months without affecting the vehicle's ability to start in case of emergency.

Q: What is a Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Battery (VRLA)?
A: A VRLA battery is a sealed lead-acid battery that utilizes internal oxygen recombination technology (oxygen recombines at the negative plate to form water) for maintenance-free operation. It is equipped with a safety valve to prevent excessive pressure buildup. There are two types: AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) and Gel.
Q: How is a VRLA battery different from a conventional flooded lead-acid battery?
A: Sealed & Maintenance-Free: No water refilling is needed; the electrolyte is absorbed (AGM) or gelled (Gel).Oxygen Recombination: Minimizes gas emissions and allows horizontal installation (though upright is recommended).Safety Valve: Releases excess pressure to prevent swelling.
Q: Does a VRLA battery require an initial charge?
A: It comes pre-charged, but if stored for over 6 months, a supplementary charge is recommended before use (use constant voltage charging as per the manual).
Q: What is the correct charging voltage?
A:For 12V Batteries:Cycle Use: 14.4-14.8V (lower for Gel batteries).Float Charge: 13.6-13.8V (to maintain charge without overcharging).Always follow the manufacturer's specifications-excessive voltage can cause water loss or thermal runaway.
Q: How to determine if a battery is end-of-life?
A: Replace if:Capacity drops below 60% of the rated value.Voltage drops rapidly after a full charge (e.g., s12.0V for a 12V battery at rest).Internal resistance increases significantly (requires specialized equipment).
