A: The minimum order quantity is one piece. For ODM services, the MOQ is 500 units for
large capacities and 1,000 units for small and medium capacitiees.
3. Q: How do you transport the goods?
A: All our products come with tihe necessary transportation certification
reports,supportingboth air and sea freight.
4. Q: What trade terms do you accept?
A: We accept a wide rarnge of trade terms, including FOB, CIF, and EXW.

A: We ship from Xiamen Port, Shanghai Port, or Shenzhen Port, based on

A: For standard models, the leead time is generally 30 days. For specific
models, please consult our salesman for the most accurate lead tirme. If the required shell size is not within our
existing range, the lead time will be approximately 45 days. Pricr to shipment, the batteries undergo a resting
period of 7-8 days and voltage testing to ensure a low defect rate, a process that many manufacturers may not
strictly adhere to.
